Mazda HRLN Email Redesign
My role and objective was to redesign and revamp Mazda’s HRLN email series as part of their CRM communications. This series focused on every vehicle in the lineup and included three touchpoints sent to handraisers. Each email featured key highlights, detailed information on specific trim levels, and current offers. I was responsible for redesigning the series across eight carlines, totaling more than 12 emails, from layout and design to image selection.
