Mazda Welcome Series Email Redesign
My role and objective was to redesign and revamp Mazda’s “Welcome” email series as part of their CRM communications. This five-part series was sent to new Mazda owners as a welcome package, with each touchpoint delivered at key intervals throughout their first year of ownership. I was responsible for redesigning the series across eight different carlines, totaling more than 40 emails, handling everything from layout and design to image selection.
